This website is operated by Levano. Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Levano. The store is hosted on Shopify.

2. Products and pricing

We work to show products, colors and prices accurately. Colors may look slightly different on different screens. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund.

3. Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, payment can’t be verified or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, you’ll receive a full refund.

4. Payment

Payment is taken securely at checkout using the payment methods shown. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

5. Shipping and returns

6. Use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access it without authorization, or use its content for any unlawful purpose. All text, images and designs on the site belong to Levano or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

7. Product use

GoDesk is a laptop sleeve and workspace accessory. Use it on a stable, flat surface and check that your laptop fits the size you order. It is not a medical or ergonomic device.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Levano is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
