Return & Refund Policy

Not right for you? You can return your GoDesk within 14 days after delivery.

Eligibility

• Your return request is made within 14 days of the delivery date.
• The item is unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
• You have your order number or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

1. Email support@levano.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without a return request can't be accepted.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using a trackable service.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll help you swap it, subject to availability.

Non-returnable items

Free gifts, digital products such as the Digital Kit, and items that show signs of use can't be returned.
