Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every US order. Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days.

Delivery time

Orders arrive within 7–10 business days from the day you order. That window includes 1–3 business days of processing (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays) before the parcel leaves us. These are estimates — carrier delays, weather and peak seasons can occasionally add a few days.

Shipping cost

• United States: free shipping on all orders — there is no paid option to choose.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number, and you can follow it any time on our Track Your Order page. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show movement after the label is created.

Address issues

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will try to correct it before the order ships. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of ordering, contact us and we will work with the carrier to find it or send a replacement.
